Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components.

Consumable products (knee patches, herbal powders, etc.):
Limited use is acceptable as long as the item is hygienic and mostly intact. -
Clothing & wearable items:
Refundable or replaceable only for size issues or damage issues.

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, perfume and all types of spray items orders follow a strict return and refund policy:

Perfumes are only eligible for return or refund if you receive the wrong product (wrong fragrance, wrong variant, or wrong quantity).

The perfume must be completely seal-packed and unused.

Opened, used, or unsealed perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Once your return is approved:

Refunds are issued within 3β5 business days after we receive the product.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Wallet).

If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund at no additional cost.
