  • Clothing & wearable items:
    Refundable or replaceable only for size issues or damage issues.

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, perfume and all types of spray items orders follow a strict return and refund policy:

  • Perfumes are only eligible for return or refund if you receive the wrong product (wrong fragrance, wrong variant, or wrong quantity).

  • The perfume must be completely seal-packed and unused.

  • Opened, used, or unsealed perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the product.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Wallet).
