If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you’re simply not satisfied, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

  • All accessories, freebies, and tags must be included.

  • Returns should be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To ensure product hygiene and safety, special rules apply to perfumes and any spray-based items:

🔒 Cancellation Rules

  • Perfumes or spray items cannot be cancelled once the order is dispatched.

  • If you refuse to accept the delivery or do not collect the parcel, no refund will be issued for these items.

🔁 Return/Refund Eligibility

  • Perfumes and spray products are only eligible for return or refund if the wrong item is delivered (wrong fragrance, wrong product, wrong variant, or wrong quantity).

  • The product must be seal-packed, unopened, and unused for a return to be accepted.

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Opened, used, or unsealed perfume/spray bottles.

  • Cancellation after dispatch.

  • Non-acceptance of the order at delivery time.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (for eligible categories):

  • You will be notified via Email or WhatsApp.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
