If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible to request a refund or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Kindly note that products priced at ₹649 and ₹999 are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details and photos of the damaged item. Once your return request is approved, please send the product back using a reliable courier service. After we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Exchanges are available for size corrections on eligible products and will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or fit issues beyond the size exchange policy.
